General Provisions

33abc (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is a provider of online sports betting and casino entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 33abc.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 33abc, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person or anyone in the same household operates multiple accounts, this will be considered fraudulent activity, and all accounts may be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 33abc reserves the right to cancel any account where false information has been provided.

Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If any unauthorized access occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

33abc may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

• Proof of address document
• Proof of the payment method used

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. Contact the support team to reactivate it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 33abc is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. The payment methods accepted on the platform are:

• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

4.3 Fund Security

33abc processes withdrawals only to registered and verified accounts. Withdrawals to any third-party account or under a different identity are not approved.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33abc offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Similarly, a deposit of ৳14,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, resulting in a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• A bonus is activated only after a real-money deposit has been made.
• If coordinated or fraudulent betting patterns are detected with the intent of exploiting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.
• 33abc reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 33abc are considered final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, unless evidence of a technical error or irregularity is found. For sports betting, results are determined after the official result is announced.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, etc.) are operated by established gaming providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and fair play is ensured.

6.3 Technical Issues

Any issue arising from network disruption, server problems, or other technical faults is subject to resolution at 33abc's discretion. 33abc retains full authority to make decisions in such situations.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (Bonus Abuse)
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Playing using bots or automated software
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's system for an advantage (Arbitrage)

Responsible Gaming

33abc believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process
• The need to comply with directions from legal or regulatory authorities

11.2 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting us. It is advisable to check any pending bonus requirements before closing your account.

Changes to Terms

33abc reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the site. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
